Schaus Named Ohio Director of Athletics

Jim Schaus was named Ohio's Director of Athletics Monday afternoon.

Jim Schaus was named Ohio's Director of Athletics, Ohio President Dr. Roderick J. McDavis announced Monday afternoon at a 3 p.m. press conference in the Convocation Center. Schaus comes to Athens after serving in the same capacity at Wichita State University for the past nine years.

Leon Finishes 106th out of 250 at XC Nationals

Craig Leon finished 106 out of 250 total participants at the NCAA Cross Country Nationals.

Ohio's Craig Leon competed in the NCAA Cross Country Nationals on Monday afternoon in Terre Haute, Ind. and crossed the finish line in 106th place out of 250 total participants. Leon finished the 10k event with a time of 31:09.4.

Ohio's Craig Leon has qualified for the NCAA National Championship on Monday, Nov. 19 at the LaVern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course in Terre Haute, Ind., the NCAA announced Sunday night.
