ATHENS, Ohio -Ohio University Director of Athletics Kirby Hocutt has issued a statement regarding the 2006 football schedule.

"The 2006 Ohio University football schedule is not finalized," Hocutt said. "We are working diligently to complete both the non-conference and conference portions of our schedule. It is our goal to announce the 2006 schedule, in its entirety, in the near future."
